This little lady is absolutely precious! She stayed awake for a few minutes at first and showed off those baby blues, but then slept like a champ and even gave us some sweet, sweet smiles. :) Her momma and puppy dog joined in for a few pictures as well, and they all made for an adorable session. We'll get the whole family in for a session sometime, but until then, here is this sweet girl!
Christmas is such a magical time of year, especially for little ones. I think we all have special memories of Christmases as children-- singing in school programs, gazing anxiously at the gifts tucked under the tree with our names on them, drinking hot chocolate and watching holiday movies... That's why I loved this session, because we were able to capture some of those special memories for Finlee Cate & Rylee. We took the Christmas tree pictures (because of course you need those!) and then they read a Christmas story together, decorated sugar cookies, and shared a few giggles. I hope they look back on these pictures when they are older and are reminded of all the Christmas memories they have made together throughout the years!
Oh, this little one was such fun at her two year session! Meredith and her family came out this Fall on a cool afternoon, when we had a cloudy sky and a few sprinkles. But we decided to make the very best of it, and I'm glad we did! Meredith didn't let the weather phase her, she laughed and giggled and was a little ray of sunshine on what could have been a dreary day. She kept us laughing while we took the pictures, and I think she might bring on a few more smiles to anyone who sees them now. :)
A little imagination and photoshop magic is all it takes to make it snow in Tennessee! ;)
