Families & Little Ones

Baby Hayes, Six Month Session

When you turn six months old in December, a little bit of Christmas in your pictures is a must. :) We had such a beautiful day for this session, and even though it was a little chilly we were able to go outside for a few family pictures. Baby Hayes was full of smiles and had some adorable giggles for us, too. He was sitting up very well on his own, and even drove a tractor! (...With a little help from mom, who was magically photoshopped out.) Such a fun session, filled with some sweet Christmas memories.

Baby Asher, One Year Session

Little Asher is a one year old!
It was so wonderful catching up with this family, and seeing how much sweet Asher has grown over the past year since his newborn session. He was eager to explore and didn't want to stay still for long, like most little ones his age, so we got a bit of a workout while taking these pictures. ;) He showed off his standing skills, was a fast crawler, and though he wasn't quite comfortable walking on his own then, I'm sure he is running circles around his mom and dad now!
His first birthday party was a lumberjack theme (how cute is that?) so we got a few extra pictures with his flannel. I think it's safe to say Asher is the most adorable lumberjack out there. :)

Happy first year, baby Asher! It has been so fun being your first photographer!

Newborn Boomer & Family

Little Boomer and his family were just precious! I had such a great time working with them for this session. Boomer had the sweetest little features, from his nose to his toes. :) And his big brother and sister were so much fun, and so helpful-- even voluntarily carrying bags out with me at the end! I'm sure they are big helpers for their mom and dad, especially now that baby brother is here.
Even though this session was taken in December, we had a nice afternoon for this session and were able to take a few pictures outside! I was grateful for the warm spell, as we were able to capture those beautiful orange and red leaves in the background. That's how it goes in the South, sometimes this crazy weather can be a good thing! :)

Welcome to the world, Boomer!
