Baby Carson, Newborn Session

I had such a wonderful time working with this sweet little family for Carson's newborn pictures. He got some cuddles not only with his brother and parents, but his grandparents came out for a few pictures as well! :) I love that we were able to get such a special image for them, with three generations included. 
Carson was over a month old when we did this session, so that meant we got a few extra awake pictures before he went to sleep towards the end. I didn't mind that at all, as he gave us lots of smiles and sweet expressions throughout the session! It is hard to look at his pictures and not smile as well. :)

Baby Mia, One Year Session

From a tiny newborn baby, to a sweet one-year-old with lots of giggles, Mia has been such a joy to photograph this past year. We did her final Grow-With-Me session at Discovery Park of America, with flowers blooming and the sun shining. She wasn't quite walking on her own yet, but she sure was ready to explore, and crawled around as much as she could. :) He baby blues were shining and she gave us lots of sweet, sweet smiles! Such a happy baby she has been. I'm sad that I won't be seeing her little family every few months now, but I'm glad to have worked with them to capture Mia's first year milestones!

Owen, Two Year Session

I just saw this family a few months ago for little Virginia's newborn session, but Owen recently celebrated his second birthday so this session was all about him! :) (Though baby sister did make an appearance towards the end.) Maddie wanted a more traditional feel to these pictures, so we kept everything sweet and timeless. And I love that we were able to incorporate a family heirloom into the pictures for them-- the quilt that the little ones sat on was made by their great-great-grandmother and it over 100 years old. How amazing is that?! 

Happy 2nd Birthday Owen! You sure are growing up fast. :)
