Baby James, 9 Month Session

Little James turned nine months old last Fall so it was time for another milestone session! This time he showed off his standing skills and gave us some happy little smiles as we made all the silly noises and faces at him. :) Since it was about time for Christmas cards, we also brought out the magical snow machine for a few pictures, and big brother Jack had the absolute best time as the snow flakes fell. James was too captivated by the snow to know what to do, I think! But I just love the pictures we captured at this session, one of my favorite with this sweet family yet. (And there have been quite a few!)

Benjamin, Three Year Session

Oh, how I love working with this sweet little guy! Benjamin was one of my Grow-With-Me babies, so I saw him every few months for his first year. Now the photoshoots have slowed down a bit, and I am just amazed at how much he has grown up since our last session a year or so ago! He definitely qualifies as a toddler now, independent and adventurous. And he was very curious about what this camera was doing clicking away in front of my face. :) He wanted to make sure everyone was included and loved showing us the pine cones and such he found as we walked around. Such a fun-loving little one!

Rhodes Family

Even though it turned out to be a bit warmer than expected for this Fall session, these sweet kiddos powered through with smiles on their faces and had just the best little attitudes. They listened so well, and had me laughing more than once with their silliness. When it came time for individual photos, the ones not in the picture stood behind me and made funny faces at their sibling, encouraging real smiles better than I probably could have alone. :) Such a precious little family!

It may have been warm outside, but with our magical snow machine, we still had some fun in the "snow"! :)
