Dana- Senior, Summer Session

Dana is doing her Senior session a bit differently, as she asked to do a mini session this summer and another this fall-- to get the best of both seasons. :) Of course I said yes, so we will have a few more pictures up again in about a month!We had a good time for this half-session, walking around the beautiful yard and enjoying the surprisingly cool weather that evening. I love that Dana had a few ideas of her own, she brought the balloons and asked for a few pictures with them so we did some fun shots! She was super easy-going and lovely to work with-- she pulled off those serious faces and the laughing ones well so I have no worries at all about the Autumn session! :)

Cayce- Senior

Oh my goodness, I have to say I LOVE this session! Cayce was fabulous to work with- if you know her, you know she always has a big smile on her face. She has been at Synergy Youth Camp for the past few years when I've gone to take pictures, so I probably have a picture or two of her serving at one of the mission ops or with her youth group on the beach. It's awesome to see these "kids" grow up a little more every year I go to Synergy, it kind of makes me feel old even though I was in their shoes just a few years ago! We went to some pretty cool locations for this Senior session, including the high school in Cayce, KY, where both of her parents graduated from. :) Towards the end we got a gorgeous sunset over the fields, which made me one happy photographer! I don't know what could have made the session better (except maybe a hundred or so less mosquitos....)

Congratulations on being a senior Cayce! Hope it is the best year yet!

Olivia- Senior

Senior sessions are always so fun, and this one was no different! Meet Olivia, who is a natural beauty and a talented fisherman (or fisherwoman, I guess?)-- she is going to college this Fall on a Fishing Scholarship! When her mom told me that I immediately thought of this location, and I'm so glad it worked out. The willow trees, the water, the boat and dock were all perfect. We even had a few ducks say hello as we took pictures. :) Olivia's sister, Laurel, came along and snuck in a for a few pictures, and special thanks to their mom who did a great job holding the reflector for me!
